Sunday, February 3, 2013 Baldwinsville FD Engine 4 answered the call to stand-by at Phoenix FD Station 1.  They were helping to cover the region as local departments were called out to a fire at the Sunoco Ethanol Plant in Volney, NY at approximately 9:55 am.  The plant produces 25% of the ethanol in the count.  Volney, Phoenix, Cody, and Fulton Fire Departments battle the blaze for nearly one hour.
