Saturday, January 21, 2012 The Baldwisnville Volunteer Fire Department took part in the 2012 Baldwinsville Polar Plunge.  Firefighters from BFD Station #3 oversaw the bonfire so that spectators could stay warm.  Other members of the department, their familes, friends and supporters were on hand to cheer on their favorite department plunger.  Proceeds from the event  benfited the Ronald McDonald House Local Charities, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundatin of CNY, and the Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerence.
